The V.O.I.C.E. Deaf Children's Outreach Project strives to find and provide support for Deaf children in Michigan public schools, especially in the Great Lakes Bay Region of Saginaw, Midland, Bay City and the surrounding areas.

The project goals are:

1. Match deaf children in the public schools with other deaf children for socialization and building self esteem (especially when they are the only deaf person in their school).
2. Provide deaf children in the public schools with the opportunities to meet positive Deaf adult role models.
